Why Complete Continuing Professional Development (CPD) After Your Teacher Training?

Initial teacher training provides the foundation for teaching Pilates. Continuing Professional Development (CPD) allows instructors to continue building that foundation throughout their careers.

As your clients, experience and teaching environments evolve, CPD helps you deepen your understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, programming, injury modification and specialist populations so you can make more informed decisions in the studio.

Body Form Education CPD certifications combine evidence-based theory with practical application, helping qualified instructors analyse movement, adapt exercises and teach with greater confidence across a wide range of client presentations.

You'll learn:

  • Build repeatable, strength-led class structures.
