What Happens When You Train in Bali
You arrive having done your theory at your own pace, so every hour is spent moving, teaching and getting feedback.
- Teach and be taught. Cueing, observation and class management with your Master Trainer.
- Exercise by exercise. Purpose, setup, progressions, regressions and common compensations, with injury and pregnancy modifications.
- Small-group feedback. Personal coaching from educators who teach this for a living.
- A cohort. An intake group chat and a room of people on the same path.

Questions About Training in Bali
What do I bring to practical days in Bali?
Bring yourself, your Mat or Reformer manual (printed is optional but you must be able to access it) and readiness to participate. Location details are sent before the intake.
Can I start the online theory before the practical days?
Yes. Your 8 months of access starts on your enrolment date. We recommend working through the modules up to Programming and Cueing before practical days, but it is not compulsory.
What if I miss a practical day?
The missed education must be completed privately with the Master Trainer before assessment submission, paid by the student at the trainer's hourly rate.
Where do I find the discount?
