Overview

  • Body Form Education CPD is physiotherapy-led continuing professional development for qualified Pilates instructors who want more depth in anatomy, biomechanics, injury modification, programming and specialist client populations.
  • There are six online certifications, each focused on one area of practice and taught by Founder Kira-Leigh Rule, a Women's Health physiotherapist.
  • Every certification includes educator assessment and a Body Form Education Certificate of Completion, and you keep unlimited access to the materials.
  • CPD does not replace an entry-level teacher training qualification.

Why CPD

Why Do CPD After Your Teacher Training?

Initial teacher training gives you the foundation. As your clients, experience and teaching environments change, CPD helps you make more informed decisions in the studio: analyse movement, adapt exercises and teach with greater confidence across a wide range of client presentations.

Already Qualified?

Expand your knowledge beyond your initial teacher training.

Want Confidence with Injuries?

Learn practical exercise modification you can apply immediately in class.

Teach Pregnancy or Postpartum Clients?

Evidence-based adaptation across pregnancy and after birth.

Want Stronger Anatomy?

See how anatomy shapes cueing, exercise selection and programming.

Want Better Programming?

Build more effective, purposeful and adaptable classes.

Want to Be Seen as the Expert?

Give your studio and clients a clear, physiotherapy-led standard.

Continuing professional development

Great Instructors Keep Learning

Your teacher training gives you the foundation. Continuing professional development (CPD) is how you keep growing as an instructor: deepening your anatomy and biomechanics knowledge, adapting for injuries and pregnancy, and teaching with more confidence as your clients and classes change.

Every Body Form CPD certification is taught by Founder Kira-Leigh Rule, a Women's Health physiotherapist. Kira-Leigh presented a sold-out Injury Modification Training to more than 60 instructors at the Pilates Expo, and the same physio-led approach is built into every online certification.

  • Six self-paced online certifications
  • Educator assessment and a Certificate of Completion
  • Unlimited access to the materials
