Kira Gwyther

Studying Master Of Chiropractic Sciences & Clinical Pilates Instructor

Kira’s love for Pilates began years ago while working overseas, and it’s since grown into a passion for clinical Pilates and rehab-based movement. She thrives on the detail breaking down anatomy, applying purposeful programming, and using hands-on cueing to help clients connect with their bodies in ways they never thought possible.

Her favourite part? Watching clients progress whether it’s regaining strength after injury, moving pain-free, or simply feeling more confident in their bodies. For Kira, Pilates isn’t “just a workout”; it’s a lifelong practice in connection, community, and core strength.

Bianca Burns

Exercise Physiologist & Clinical Pilates Instructor

I am an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP), Credentialed Diabetes Educator (CDE), and Clinical Pilates practitioner with extensive experience supporting clients living with chronic conditions, as well as general population. My approach combines evidence-based exercise prescription with the restorative benefits of Pilates to help individuals improve their health, mobility, and overall quality of life.

Pilates has played a significant role in my own journey, supporting me through multiple stages of life and helping me build strength, resilience, and balance both physically and mentally. Having experienced these benefits firsthand, I am genuinely passionate about helping others discover what Pilates can do for their mind, body, and overall wellbeing.

I am committed to creating a supportive, educational, and empowering environment where clients feel confident, capable, and motivated to achieve lasting change. Through tailored programs and a holistic approach, I strive to help every individual realise their potential and experience the transformative impact of movement.

Marika Palm

Clinical Pilates Instructor

With more than eight years of industry experience, Marika is a highly skilled and intuitive Pilates instructor known for her empathetic teaching style and her deep understanding of movement, rehabilitation, and client-centred programming.

She first discovered Pilates during her own rehabilitation journey, where the method became a powerful tool for rebuilding strength, restoring control, and reconnecting with her body. This personal experience shaped her teaching philosophy and continues to influence the way she supports clients today.

As an instructor, Marika is motivated by helping people achieve their goals whether that’s improving flexibility, enhancing strength, managing pain, or simply moving with more confidence. She has a strong ability to translate complex movement concepts into accessible, enjoyable sessions, guiding clients to understand their bodies and make meaningful progress.

Her classes are engaging, safe, and thoughtfully structured, with a focus on technique, body awareness, and positive movement experiences. She believes Pilates should feel empowering and enjoyable, and she brings a warm, personable energy to every session often with a little humour, because laughter is great for the abdominals.

Marika is committed to helping each client build sustainable strength, confidence, and connection through movement.

Her early years competing in Surf Life Saving formed the foundation of her commitment to staying fit, strong, and active well into later life.
