Instructor CPD Certifications
Specialist Professional Development | In-Person & Live Online
Physio-Led • Science-Backed • Globally Recognised
These certifications are designed for Pilates instructors who want clear frameworks, confident decision-making, and practical skills they can immediately apply in Mat and Reformer classes.
Each certification follows the same simple structure, whether you are in Australia or overseas.
This is not generic CPD.
This is Physio-led, evidence-based training that bridges the gap between theory and what actually happens in Mat and Reformer classes.
Certification Options
1. Comprehensive Pre & Postnatal Pilates Certificate
2. Strength Pilates Principles Certificate
Instructors can choose to complete:
-
ONE certification, or
-
BOTH certifications
Pick your certifications, purchase, and get your extensive Physio-led theory content completed before the practical training days.
Physio-Led | Practical | Globally Accessible
These certifications are designed for Pilates instructors who want real-world skill, not just more information.
Each certification follows the same simple structure:
1. Online theory (complete in your own time)
2. One live practical training session with Founder & Physio - Kira-Leigh Rule (in person or online)
3. Short assessments → official certification
Explore how it works in detail here
The Body Form Method and CPD instructor certifications exist because technical knowledge alone is not enough.
Great instructors need clinical reasoning, programming intelligence, and real-world teaching skill.

*This is NOT Mat or Reformer Pilates Teacher Training it does NOT qualify you to become a Mat & Reformer Instructor. This is for those who already have their Pilates qualifications/accreditations and are insured to teach Pilates already.
HOW THE CERTIFICATION WORKS
Every Body Form Education certification has three clear components:
1. Online Theory (Completed First)
-
All theory content is completed online
-
You receive comprehensive physio-led manuals and workbooks
-
This can be completed anywhere in the world
-
The theory prepares you so the live session is fully practical
No theory is taught live - it is explored practically instead
2. Live Practical Training Session (With Founder & Physio Kira-Leigh Rule)
This is where everything is applied.
You will attend a live, physio-led practical session with Kira-Leigh where we:
-
Move through exercises together
-
Apply modifications in real time
-
Break down cueing, progressions, and regressions
-
Answer questions as they come up
You can attend the live practical session in one of three ways:
✔️ In person – Northern Beaches, Sydney (limited to 10 spots)
✔️ Live via Zoom
✔️ Watch the recording (available for 2 weeks post-event)
No matter how you attend, the content and certification are exactly the same.
3. Certification Assessment (Optional but Required for Certificate)
If you want the official certification, you complete:
-
A 10-question multiple choice quiz
-
One short teaching video submission
Once both are passed, you receive your
Certificate of Completion – Issued by Body Form Education
