  • They are for instructors who already hold Pilates qualifications and are insured to teach.

Real students, real practical days

Inside a Studio Workshop

This was a full day of upskilling for a studio's staff in Hong Kong. We covered injury modification, pre and postnatal Pilates and strength for the whole team, so every instructor left with the same clear, confident approach.

  • Practical, scenario-based and led by a physiotherapist
  • In person or live online
  • A manual for every instructor

The gap

The Reality for Most Studios

A client walks in with hip bursitis, knee arthritis or a disc bulge, or announces she is 28 weeks pregnant. The instructor panics, modifications are improvised mid-class, flow breaks, confidence drops and the client feels singled out. The result is an inconsistent client experience, instructor stress, reduced retention and increased risk. These workshops are built to fix that.
