Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions: - Date of workshop agreed above can not be changed within a month of agreed date - Your studio date/time will not be secured until 50% deposit has been paid (will still offer the day/time up to other studios until deposit has been received) - Remaining 50% of payment is due 1 week before workshop date - If you need to cancel workshop within a month no refunds of deposit will be received - All materials, discussions, and content shared during the workshops are considered proprietary information and are protected under this policy. This includes, but is not limited to, written materials, presentations, verbal instructions, demonstrations, and any other form of communication. - Recordings of the workshops may only be made upon prior discussion and written agreement. If a recording is provided, it must not be shared beyond the agreed-upon limit, as specified in writing with Kira-Leigh Rule. - The proprietary information shared during the workshops is intended solely for the personal development and educational purposes of the participants. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of this information is strictly prohibited. - Any violation of these terms, including but not limited to unauthorised sharing or use of proprietary information, will result in legal action. This includes the use of information discussed or provided during the course by any individual or entity without explicit written permission from Kira-Leigh Rule - By registering for and attending the workshops, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Your adherence to these terms is crucial for maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of the proprietary information shared during the course.
